Upon logging in, they are presented with a real-time route sheet and if a service request comes in, you can schedule it to immediately appear on their route sheet. While in the field, techs can log chemical levels, chemicals used, and tasks performed. If you bill for chemicals, each chemical used will be automatically added to the customer's next invoice. Serviced pools are removed from the route sheet to prevent errors, and customers wishing to be notified, can be sent an email or text when the job is complete.
